Why?

Through the death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ, we have been given the great gift of living in communion with our Father every moment of every day.  We are brought Into the family of God and carry the very presence and essence of God.  From this posture of communion through the Word of God and by the power of His Spirit, we are reminded of who He is, who WE are, and the reason we are alive. It Is In union with Christ abundant life freely flows, prayers rise up by faith changing the world around us., we are emboldened with faith and power to share this great gift with the world,  and creative solutions that bring light to darkness are Instituted and established. 

The Spirit himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God,  and if children, then heirs—heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ, provided we suffer with him in order that we may also be glorified with him. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.  Ephesians 6:12

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Hebrews 11:1

Behold , I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you. Luke 10:19 

So also faith by Itself, If It does not have works, Is dead. James 2:17 

As we gather and worship our Father in Spirit and in Truth, may we do all that we see the Father doing. As we pray forth His heart and His Word as a community may we be transformed and therefore transform the world around us.
